Free shipping in mainland Spain. Shipments can take 24 to 72 hours and are sent using a certified carrier.
At Ültra Bikes, we carry and deliver the bike to the customer's door and then take care of the assembly at the time of delivery.
- The bike arrives in a box and is assembled there under a tent with all the appropriate and necessary tools and supports.
- The bicycle is pre-programmed, the customer must download the Bosch or Shimano Flow app to link the bicycle.
- The adjustment of the machine is personalized according to the client, we support with advice and explanation of the use of the bike.
- A delivery document will be signed where we review the points with a delivery note and support with photos.
IT IS NOT A REPAIR SERVICE, FOR ANY OTHER NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER WOULD CARRY AN ADDITIONAL COST.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
